Position: Zonal Manager / Sr. Regional Manager Channel Sales Kuhl Fans

Department: Sales - Channel Sales (Kuhl Fans)

Location: Tamil Nadu (Chennai)

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Regional Manager to drive Channel Sales for our Kuhl Fans vertical. The incumbent will be responsible for managing distributor/dealer networks, expanding market presence, and leading a high-performing regional sales team across an assigned state or large territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow Channel Sales for the assigned region/state for Kuhl Fans and allied product categories
• Identify, onboard, and activate new distributors and dealers across the territory
• Maintain and strengthen business relationships with existing channel partners to ensure consistent offtake and loyalty
• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve volume, revenue, and market share targets
• Lead, motivate, and manage the regional sales team set targets, review performance, and drive capability building
• Monitor secondary sales, stock movement, and scheme effectiveness at the distributor/dealer level
• Coordinate with marketing for local activations, trade promotions, and brand-building initiatives
• Provide regular market intelligence on competition, pricing, and consumer trends

Requirement

Education

Graduate – any stream

Total Experience

Minimum 10 years in Consumer Durable Industry

Product Experience

Fans – Mandatory | Other electrical appliances – Added advantage
