Zonal Pharmacy Assistant

Role & responsibilities :

• Branch Oversight & Compliance
• Conduct surprise and scheduled visits to branches to ensure adherence to operational standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular reviews to maintain stock accuracy and availability.
• Address and resolve customer service issues and feedback promptly to enhance service quality.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to internal policies across all branches in the zone.
• Audit & Governance
• Prepare branches for internal and external audits and manage query resolution effectively.
• Maintain a clear approval and communication hierarchy to streamline decision-making and escalation.
• Manpower & Training
• Plan and manage manpower deployment, ensuring optimal staffing and smooth operations.
• Conduct functional interviews and facilitate training programs for pharmacists and store personnel.
• Cross-functional Coordination
• Collaborate regularly with other departments to ensure seamless integration of processes and initiatives.
• Support the setup of new pharmacies or stores within the zone, ensuring timely and compliant execution.
• Zonal Representation
• Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the zone, liaising between Head Office, departments, and branch teams.

Preferred candidate profile : B-pharma/ D-Pharma with previous experience is preferred
