Role & responsibilities

• Drive Micro LAP business across Rajasthan, UP, Haryana, and Punjab.
• Manage and expand the DSA/channel partner network across the assigned geography.
• Lead regional sales teams and ensure achievement of business and disbursement targets.
• Develop new markets and strengthen existing channel relationships.
• Monitor sourcing, login, sanction, and disbursement performance.
• Ensure quality business and adherence to company credit and risk policies.
• Track market trends and competitor activities to identify new business
