Zone Owner

Position: Zone Owner - Davao (Telecom)

Job Description:

• To oversee and manage the technical aspect of telecommunication projects at sites, ensuring all work adheres to design specifications, safety regulations, and project timelines.
• To supervise subcontractors, and coordinating on-site activities with the goal of completing the project within budget and on schedule.
• To perform site survey to ensure solutions and access feasibility
• To perform regular quality control checks to ensure proper management of materials on site and installation quality of subcontractor according to the standard of the clients.
• To identify and troubleshoot technical issues that arise during the installation, propose solutions, and coordinate necessary adjustments with the clients or the technical team of the company.
• To strictly enforce safety protocols on site, identify potential hazards, and address safety concerns to ensure the safety of all personnel working on site as well as the safety of the property of the clients.
• To maintain communication with stakeholders like clients, subcontractors and project managers as well as other relevant parties to ensure all information being routed timely to support project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

You will perform in this role to support the design and implementation of a telecom site.

The key role is do the planning, progress management, subcon coordination and implementation quality management. The additional role as follows.

1. Formulate project planning rules and organize the output of the project master plan. Integrate the three-party plans and ensure the implementation and feasibility of the master plan and supporting plans.

2. Organize each functional module to implement the project according to the integrated plan, and be responsible for the timeliness and completeness of the planned and actual data of the project progress.

3. Routinely monitor the site implementation progress, identify progress issues, develop solutions, and monitor and close the issues.

Qualifications: (Work Experience, Years of experience, Communication Skills, Technical Skills)

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunication etc) and/or equivalent experience.
• Preferably with Professional Electrical Engineer/ Registered Electrical Engineer /NCII Certified Master Electrician
• PMP and/or other related industry certification(s) is preferred as high priority.

Requirements:

• Relevant 2 years of experience in site Implementation monitoring, or including other telecommunication technology.
• Proficient on Microsoft Office such excel, Power Points and Word.
• Good analytical mind and communication skill
• Have SSS, Pag-Ibig, PhilHealth, and TIN
