Zone Trainer (Central)

For our client, we are seeking a Zone Trainer (Central) to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will drive zone-level and classroom learning initiatives that strengthen sales capability across the region. You will partner closely with leadership to align training with business priorities, support onboarding and skill development, and help ensure the sales organization is prepared for launches and evolving customer needs. The position plays an important part in building performance, consistency, and revenue impact through effective learning programs.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $128,490 – $176,671 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead zone training and classroom training in a balanced model
• Implement the Learning & Development training strategy within the zone
• Design and oversee role-based training for sales positions
• Deliver new hire and skills training, including product launches
• Evaluate sales capability needs and collaborate on targeted initiatives
• Coordinate the onboarding pathway for new sales hires with leadership
• Provide feedback to learners and document performance after training

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in business or healthcare
• 5+ years of commercial sales experience
• 5+ years in healthcare diagnostics with market insight
• Preferred expertise in sales skills or field training
• Strong understanding of client needs and selling environments
