Zoomlion is a global leader in the sale of heavy construction equipment, including mobile cranes, tower cranes, aerial work platforms, forklifts, concrete mixers, pump trucks, and excavators. As we expand our business in Japan, we are looking for a motivated and experienced sales professional who is fluent in Japanese, has a working knowledge of English or Chinese, resides in Japan, and has experience in the construction equipment industry.

募集人数：2名（東京勤務） / Number of openings: 2 (Based in Tokyo)

業務内容 / Responsibilities

• 日本市場における事業全般の対応
• プロジェクト推進計画の策定及び実行
• 顧客への定期訪問及び関係維持
• 顧客情報の収集、データベースの構築及び情報管理
• 会社の融資関連業務のサポート及び代金回収業務の支援
• 上長からの指示によるその他業務の遂行
• 主要業務エリア：東京を中心とした日本全国（出張対応可）
• Manage overall business operations in the Japanese market
• Develop and execute project promotion plans
• Conduct regular client visits and maintain client relationships
• Collect customer information; build and manage a customer database
• Support the company's financing-related work and assist with payment collection
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors
• Main work area: Tokyo-based, with travel across Japan as needed

応募資格 / Qualifications

• 学士以上、機械・経営・マーケティング等関連専攻（専攻不問）
• 建設機械や自動車等の大型設備製造業界での2年以上の営業経験者優遇、マーケティングマインドを有する方
• 日本語堪能者、英語または中国語の基礎を有する方
• 日本在住かつ勤務可能な方、日本の運転免許を取得済み（または取得可能）な方
• 日本全国への出張対応が可能な方
• Bachelor's degree or above, in mechanical engineering, business management, marketing, or related fields (major not restricted)
• 2+ years of sales experience in heavy equipment manufacturing (construction machinery, automotive, etc.) preferred; strong marketing mindset
• Fluent in Japanese; basic proficiency in English or Chinese
• Must reside in and be able to work in Japan; hold (or be able to obtain) a valid Japanese driver's license
• Willing and able to travel within Japan as needed
