What they need
Role & responsibilities
- Monitor Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) & Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) dashboards for alerts
- Triage alerts using Zscaler logs & tags
- Validate false positives and escalate confirmed incidents
- Maintain shift-based 247 monitoring of Zscaler events
- Perform initial investigation of anomalies (URL categories, firewall actions, bandwidth spikes)
- Document incidents in ticketing tool with Zscaler context
- Collaborate with networking team for policy clarification
- Update and tune Zscaler policies under guidance
- Generate daily summary reports of Zscaler events
- Assist in user access troubleshooting (ZPA)
