Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain solutions using Zuora Billing, Zuora CPQ, and Zuora Revenue.
- Configure product catalogs, pricing models, subscription plans, billing rules, invoicing, and payments.
- Develop and maintain Zuora Workflows, custom scripts, and REST APIs.
- Integrate Zuora with Salesforce CRM, ERP, and other enterprise applications.
- Support end-to-end Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) and subscription lifecycle management.
- Perform data migration, cleansing, reconciliation, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Support revenue recognition compliance with ASC 606 and IFRS 15.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
