Seleccionamos Business Analyst/Project Manager – Oracle HCM Cloud para proyecto en Institución bancaria de la Comisión Europea.

Lugar de trabajo: Remoto (una vez al mes un día a Luxemburgo).

Ofrecemos:

• Remuneración según experiencia profesional en torno a 50/55.000€ brutos anuales (420€/día como freelance).

Requisitos:

• Ingeniero Técnico o Superior.
• Alto nivel de inglés. Posición Project Manager: Support the preparation and development of the project charter, defining the project scope, objectives, key deliverables, stakeholders and governance. Lead and coordinate the planning and implementation preparation activities for the HR migration project. Conduct a gap analysis of HR modules and processes currently managed in PeopleSoft HCM and planned for migration to Oracle HCM Cloud. Gather, analyse and document business and functional requirements in collaboration with HR and IT/GIS stakeholders. Assess current processes and identify gaps, dependencies, risks and opportunities for improvement as part of the transition to Oracle HCM Cloud. Coordinate discussions and workshops with relevant HR and technical teams to ensure alignment on requirements and priorities. Prepare project documentation, recommendations and inputs to support decision-making and the subsequent implementation phase. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum 7 years of experience in project management within HR transformation, HR systems implementation or a related field. Solid hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, ideally covering several HR modules and business processes. Strong understanding of HR processes, particularly Payroll, Time & Absence, Recruitment and Workforce Planning. Experience conducting business and functional requirements gathering, gap analysis and process assessment. Proven experience working with multiple business and technical stakeholders in complex transformation projects. Knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM would be a strong advantage. Excellent communication, stakeholder management and organisational skills, with the ability to work independently in an international environment. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Posición Business Analyst Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant or similar role in HR systems implementation. Strong hands-on knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud, including experience with configuration and implementation. Solid understanding of HR processes and HR information systems. Proven experience with Oracle Learning Cloud and/or Skills and Mentoring functionality would be highly desirable. Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements and translating them into system solutions. Experience with gap analysis, process design, testing and implementation of HR systems. Previous experience with SAP SuccessFactors would be an advantage, particularly in the context of migration or replacement projects. Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with both HR and technical teams. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
