Job Description: Caregiver (Hoyer Lift Experience) – CareCo Home Care, Putnam, CT

Join Our Team as a Caregiver – Make a Difference Every Day CareCo Home Care is seeking a compassionate, dependable caregiver with Hoyer lift experience to support a client in the Putnam, Connecticut area.

Schedule: 12-hour shifts, 9 AM–9 PM

Pay: $228 per shift

About The Role You'll help the client stay safe, comfortable, and independent. Responsibilities may include:

• Safe transfers using a Hoyer lift
• Assisting with daily routines and personal care
• Toileting and personal hygiene support
• Meal preparation
• Companionship and emotional support
• Ambulation support
• Light housekeeping as needed

Requirements And Preferences

• Hoyer lift experience (required)
• A high level of spoken English (required)
• No criminal record (required)
• Reliable, punctual, and caring
• Reliable vehicle
• CNA or PSS certification is a strong advantage, but not required

Interviews and Orientation Interviews and orientation are held as walk-ins on Tuesdays starting at 10 AM — no appointment needed, at our Waterford office:
