Early Childhood Programs Staff

The Piñon Project Family Resource Center is seeking a full time Early Childhood Programs staff member to join the Early Childhood programs team! Programs include Parents as Teachers Home Visiting, Invest in Play Parenting, or others as funding and program needs require.

Duties include:

-recruiting and enrolling families

-maintaining caseload

-organizing and hosting family nights and playground days

-serving and connecting ECP participants with resources

-working with other programs to provide a wrap around support system for clients

-facilitating parenting classes

This work will take place in the offices of The Piñon Project as well as on site at community partners and client homes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the capability to work well with a team and partner agencies are essential. This position requires the ability to be well-organized, flexible, reliable and positive with individuals from diverse backgrounds. Professional experience working in early learning centers, home visiting, facilitation and child development is desired. Must have a valid Colorado driver's license or the ability to obtain prior to hire. Occasional evening work required. Must be able to successfully pass a background check and drug screening. EOE.
