Implementation Specialist

Role Description The Implementation Specialist at Corporación Farma de Honduras is responsible for supporting the deployment and configuration of software solutions for clients in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors. In this part-time remote role, the Implementation Specialist collaborates with internal teams and client stakeholders to gather requirements, set up systems, perform testing, and ensure smooth transitions from existing processes. Daily activities include guiding clients through implementation steps, documenting system configurations, troubleshooting issues, and providing clear instructions and user support. The role also involves monitoring project status, identifying risks or delays, and contributing to continuous improvement of implementation processes to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify issues, and propose effective implementation solutions.
• Proven experience in software implementation, including system configuration, testing, and rollout support.
• Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Demonstrated customer service and customer satisfaction focus, with an ability to manage expectations and build trust.
• Experience working remotely and managing multiple tasks or projects in a part-time capacity.
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical or healthcare operations and related software platforms is an advantage.
• Organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines and maintain accurate documentation.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Information Systems, Business, Engineering) or equivalent practical experience.
