Maintenance Supervisor

Position Summary

Performs supervisory, advanced technical and administrative supervision for Cogeneration Plant Maintenance & Operations shops. Provides support as directed to the Sr, Manager & Maintenance Manager. Directs and schedules the preventative maintenance and repair of Plant equipment. Assists Plant Management in the design, planning, installation, and commissioning of planned Plant Expansion.

Qualifications

**Required Education:**Bachelor's degree .**Preferred Education:**Bachelor of Science or Engineering Degree in Mechanical, Marine or Facilities Engineering. EIT or Licensed Professional Engineer. Certified Energy Manager.**Required Experience:**5 years experience in the operation, maintenance and repair of major MEP equipment including high pressure steam vessels, large tonnage chillers, and associated steam, plumbing, and electrical distribution systems.**Preferred Experience:**5 years experience in the operation, maintenance, & repair of Powerhouse and/or Steam Plant equipment.**Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:**LICENSE REQUIREMENTS - Certificate of Qualification for Refrigeration System Operator of the City of New York - E.P.A. CFC Technician Certification.**Preferred Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:**Stationary Engineer's License, SCADA, BMS, Water Treatment.

Additional Information

In compliance with NYC's Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is USD $117,100.00 to USD $137,100.00. This pay range represents base pay only and excludes any additional items such as incentives, bonuses, clinical compensation, or other items.
