ROLE & RESPONSABILITIES:
Recibir y verificar requisiciones, órdenes de compra.

Elaborar y colocar órdenes de compra en base a programas y sugeridos.

Resolver discrepancias y problemas en la conciliación de tres vías.

Participar activamente en los programas de mejora continua.

Mantener informado al cliente interno sobre el progreso de las actividades del Centro de Servicios Compartidos (SSC)

Cumplir con los estándares y procedimientos de la compañía.

Proporcionar capacitación y orientación a los usuarios del sistema de compras..

Apoyar el proceso de importación de bienes indirectos.

Cualquier otra tarea o responsabilidad que le asigne el supervisor

TECHNICAL SKILLS:
Conocimientos en compras, operaciones financieras o servicios compartidos.

Sólidos conocimientos de Microsoft o Google (ya que utilizamos principalmente productos de la suite de funcionalidades de Google, como Word, Excel, PowerPoint y Access).

Atención al cliente.

Buenas habilidades comunicativas.

Conocimientos de SAP.

Comprensión y comunicación en inglés básico deseable .

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachillerato o Carrera Técnica
