Necesitamos un Project Engineering Manager para SLB México

SLB busca un Project Engineering Manager (ETO) para liderar la ejecución de ingeniería en proyectos de fabricación de equipos, sistemas, módulos y plantas para la industria petrolera onshore y offshore. Será la cabeza técnica del proyecto y el punto de contacto con clientes, proveedores y los equipos de ingeniería multidisciplinarios ubicados en distintos centros globales.

Lo que Buscamos

• +15 años de experiencia en la industria, con trayectoria en ingeniería de facilidades de producción, oil & gas o refinación
• Ingeniero Mecánico, Químico, de Procesos o carrera afín
• Experiencia liderando equipos de ingeniería multidisciplinarios, locales y remotos
• Conocimiento de estándares y códigos de la industria (ASME, API, NFPA, IEC, NEC)
• Experiencia en HAZOP y otros estudios de seguridad (deseable)
• Excelente comunicación oral y escrita, con capacidad de redactar reportes técnicos
• Inglés avanzado (indispensable, se evaluará durante el proceso)
• Disponibilidad para viajar dentro y fuera de México
• Locación: Ciudad de México (oficina global, con proyectos en Latinoamérica y otras regiones)

Responsabilidades Principales

• Liderar los entregables técnicos y de ingeniería del proyecto, siendo el representante técnico ante cliente, proveedores y terceros
• Coordinar equipos de ingeniería multidisciplinarios ubicados en distintos centros globales
• Desarrollar la estrategia de ejecución de ingeniería y el cronograma base, asegurando su cumplimiento
• Identificar y gestionar los cambios de alcance, iniciando las solicitudes de Variation Order correspondientes
• Revisar y aprobar documentos de ingeniería, requisiciones técnicas y evaluaciones de ofertas de proveedores
• Dar seguimiento semanal al avance de ingeniería y desarrollar planes de recuperación cuando se requiera
• Asegurar el cumplimiento del proceso de Engineering Design Change Notification (EDCN)
