Purchasing Assistant

Centro Escolar Las Piñas is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Purchasing Assistant to support the procurement and inventory operations of the institution. This role is responsible for processing purchase requisitions and purchase orders, coordinating with suppliers and different departments, monitoring deliveries, maintaining purchasing and inventory records, and assisting in the timely processing of documents for payment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, or a related field.
• At least one (1) year of relevant experience in purchasing, procurement, inventory, or administrative operations is preferred.
• Experience in handling purchase requisitions, purchase orders, supplier coordination, inventory records, and related documentation is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling records, documents, and numerical information.
• Good organizational, communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
• Ability to monitor multiple transactions, follow up with suppliers, and meet deadlines.
• Ability to maintain organized records and properly handle confidential and administrative documents.
• Willing to work onsite in Las Piñas City.

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
