What You’ll Do as a Restaurant Manager

• Lead front-of-house operations in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant
• Deliver consistent, high-level guest experiences every shift
• Train, coach, and develop a strong, service-focused team
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and daily execution
• Maintain standards for food quality, cleanliness, and hospitality
• Partner with leadership to drive performance and results

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of restaurant management experience (FOH preferred)
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Experience in high-volume or polished casual dining environments
• Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven culture
• Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
