PROPÓSITO DE LA POSICIÓN

Cuidar el patrimonio de la compañía, así como desarrollar funciones de vigilancia dentro del inmueble asignado.

Key Responsibilities

RESPONSABILIDADES PRINCIPALES

• Gestionar y permitir la entrada al personal, clientes y proveedores.
• Control y seguimiento de bitácoras de salida de equipos y piezas
• Prevención de robos, a través del monitoreo del CCTV.
• Pueden revisar bolsas, mochilas y otras pertenencias por medidas de seguridad.
• El cumplimiento de los reglamentos de seguridad en caso de incendios, y la comprobación de los equipos contra incendios y salida de emergencia.
• Encender y apagar aparatos eléctricos y luces del interior de las instalaciones cuando así se requiera.
• Llevar un registro de los detalles de las incidencias que se producen en la operación diaria

EDUCACIÓN Y CONOCIMIENTOS REQUERIDOS

Nivel educativo:

• Preparatoria concluida

Conocimientos:

Mínimo 2 años de experiencia:

• Seguridad patrimonial
• Uso de computadora, Smartphone y CCTV

• Responsable
• Estar siempre alerta.
• Capaz de mantener la calma ante situaciones difíciles.
• Atento y amable, y mostrar buenas habilidades de comunicación.
• Capaz de resolver una situación o conflicto sin ponerse a sí mismo o a los que le rodean en una situación de peligro innecesario.
• Una persona en buenas condiciones físicas, ya que podría tener que realizar algunas actividades físicas
