Senior Implementation Analyst | Octave Sequence Enterprise (EcoSys)

Responsibilities Estamos buscando un(a) Ingeniero(a), Analista de Sistemas o profesional técnico para brindar soporte especializado a la plataforma Octave Sequence Enterprise (anteriormente EcoSys), apoyando clientes de los sectores de minería, oil & gas, energía, construcción, infraestructura e ingeniería. La solución es utilizada para la gestión de portafolios, proyectos, costos, recursos, cronogramas y desempeño de programas de capital en organizaciones de gran escala.

Como AOS (Application Operations Support) de Sequence Enterprise, serás uno de los principales puntos de contacto entre Octave y el cliente, proporcionando soporte funcional y técnico, analizando incidentes, apoyando integraciones y asegurando la correcta operación de la plataforma para usuarios de PMO, Project Controls, Finanzas y Gestión de Proyectos.

• Excelente comunicación con audiencias técnicas y de negocio (PMO, Project Controls, Finanzas, Ingeniería, Construcción y TI)
• Fuerte orientación al cliente y enfoque en la resolución de problemas
• Capacidad para analizar incidentes, identificar causas raíz y proponer soluciones
• Habilidad para explicar funcionalidades, configuraciones y limitaciones de la plataforma
• Perfil analítico, colaborativo y proactivo
• Capacidad para gestionar múltiples requerimientos y stakeholders en entornos dinámicos

Education / Qualifications

• Experiencia en industrias como Minería, Oil & Gas, Energía, Infraestructura, Construcción o Ingeniería.
• Experiencia en soporte, administración o implementación de aplicaciones corporativas.
• Conocimientos de gestión de proyectos, PMO, control de costos o Project Controls.
• Experiencia con herramientas como Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, SAP, Oracle ERP, Oracle Unifier, Power BI o soluciones similares.
• Conocimientos básicos de integraciones mediante APIs, ETL o intercambio de datos entre sistemas.
• Capacidad para documentar procesos, ejecutar pruebas y apoyar capacitaciones a usuarios.
• Familiaridad con conceptos de planificación, forecasting, gestión de cambios, riesgo y desempeño de proyectos.

Será un Plus

• Experiencia previa utilizando o brindando soporte a Octave Sequence Enterprise / EcoSys.
• Experiencia en integración entre sistemas ERP, programación y control de proyectos.
• Conocimiento práctico de APIs REST, Web Services, XML o JSON.
• Experiencia con lenguajes de programación
• Experiencia en generación de reportes, dashboards y análisis de desempeño.
• Certificaciones PMP, PMI-SP, ITIL o similares.
• Inglés intermedio.Posición con alta interacción con clientes y equipos multidisciplinarios, ideal para profesionales que buscan combinar conocimientos técnicos, soporte consultivo y participación directa en proyectos estratégicos de transformación y gestión de capital.
