ACCIONA Energía is hiring a Licensed Electrical Engineer for our Project Development team . You'll support renewable energy projects from early feasibility through construction readiness - covering electrical engineering, permitting, regulatory compliance, and grid interconnection.

This is a coordination and technical-review position. Detailed designs and studies are produced by our engineering team and consultants; this position will define the technical requirements, obtain and review the deliverables, and translate them into project and regulatory results. It is NOT a design-production role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define electrical engineering inputs for feasibility and project development
• Support permitting and regulatory applications (DOE, ERC, NPC, TRANSCO)
• Coordinate grid interconnection and NGCP requirements, including SIS and Facility Studies
• Work with Permitting, Land, GIS, ESG, and Business Development teams
• Coordinate consultants and vendors; review deliverables and reports
• Maintain technical documentation and escalate schedule, cost, or viability risks

Required Skills and Competencies:

• Licensed Electrical Engineer in the Philippines
• Experience in power systems, renewable energy, transmission, substations, or energy project development
• Knowledge of the Philippine Electrical Code, Philippine Grid Code, and DOE / ERC / NGCP requirements
• NGCP interconnection experience (SIS, Facility Studies, transmission lines)
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Able to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines
• Willing to travel and conduct site visits

Preferred Qualifications: (Advantage)

• Experience with government permitting or regulatory submissions
