Site Engineer

Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled, detail-oriented, and dynamic Full-Time Site Engineer to oversee daily on-site construction operations for JVAZCO projects. In this role, you will bridge technical execution with management by interpreting structural drawings, supervising contractors, ensuring adherence to JVAZCO's strict quality and safety standards, and keeping projects on schedule and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Site Supervision & Technical Guidance:
• Manage and supervise daily on-site construction activities, workforce, and sub-contractors.
• Interpret and verify technical drawings, structural plans, and blueprints (2D/3D CAD) for accurate project execution.
• Perform site setting-out, structural layout checks, and leveling.
• Quality Control & Material Management:
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure structural integrity and compliance with JVAZCO design specifications.
• Monitor inventory, material testing, and resource utilization on site to minimize waste.
• Verify extra claims, work variation requests, and quantities raised on site.
• Safety & Regulatory Compliance:
• Implement and strictly enforce site health, safety, and environmental protocols across all JVAZCO operations.
• Identify potential technical or safety risks and execute corrective actions promptly.
• Project Reporting & Coordination:
• Prepare daily site logs, progress reports, manpower schedules, and inventory tracking for management review.
• Collaborate closely with Construction Managers, Architects, Subcontractors, and Quality Inspectors.

Pay: Php19,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
