Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as an Asistente en Ventas at CANA BLUE Punta Cana. The Asistente en Ventas will be responsible for assisting agents and clients with inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, and organizing sales efforts. The Asistente en Ventas will also be responsible for the following:

Asuntos laborales

• General assistance in the sales office, to all departments: Administration, Marketing and Sales
• Client assigning to available agents;
• Assistance in new listings / new projects;
• Assistance in organization.

Qualifications

• Interpersonal Skills, including the ability to listen actively and empathize with clients and colleagues
• Customer Service skills, including the ability to provide a high level of customer service to clients
• Communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams in English and Spanish
• Sales skills, including the ability to identify and pursue sales opportunities
• Organization skills, including the ability to keep track of multiple tasks and deadlines
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
