Education: B.Com / BBA / M.Com

Experience: 0 – 2 years

Key Responsibilities:

1. Understand client accounting & business processes
2. Assist in setting up Zoho Books as per client requirements
3. Configure Chart of Accounts, taxes, invoices, bills & expenses
4. Assist with customer/vendor ledger management
5. Bank reconciliation and transaction review
6. Assist in GST, TDS & other accounting-related configurations
7. Support data migration, verification & reconciliation
8. Prepare and review financial reports
9. Perform testing and identify accounting/process issues
10. Prepare documentation & SOPs
11. Assist in client training and post-implementation support
12. Learn Zoho Books automation, integrations & advanced accounting features

Skills & Competencies:

1. Understanding of accounting principles & compliance basics (GST, TDS, Income Tax)
2. Hands-on experience with Tally & Zoho apps
3. Knowledge of stock & service accounting
4. Analytical, problem-solving & documentation skills Proficiency in MS Excel (added advantage)
