Pharmacy Salesman

Naeem Hospital is looking for a responsible and customer-focused Pharmacy Salesman to join our pharmacy team. The ideal candidate should have experience in pharmacy sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle medicine dispensing, billing support, and customer assistance in a hospital pharmacy environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers and patients in selecting and purchasing medicines.
• Handle pharmacy sales and ensure accurate billing.
• Maintain proper stock arrangement and product display in the pharmacy.
• Check the availability of medicines and coordinate with the pharmacy in charge for restocking.
• Ensure correct dispensing of medicines as per prescriptions (under supervision).
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the pharmacy counter.
• Provide guidance to patients regarding medicine availability and usage instructions (as per the doctor's prescription).
• Assist in inventory management and stock checking.
• Maintain sales records and support daily reporting.
• Follow hospital pharmacy policies, SOPs, and safety standards.

Requirements:

• Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in pharmacy sales or retail pharmacy (hospital experience preferred).
• Basic knowledge of medicines and prescriptions.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospital environment.
• Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented personality.
• Basic computer skills (billing software knowledge is a plus).
