Shift: 11 AM - 9 PM

About the Role

We are looking for a well-groomed, customer-oriented Female Retail Sales Executive who can understand customer needs, recommend suitable hair solutions, drive sales, and ensure smooth day-to-day store operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in customers and recommend suitable hair solutions.
• Conduct product trials and basic styling using hair styling tools.
• Drive sales through upselling and cross-selling.
• Process online orders and coordinate with vendors.
• Manage inventory, billing, stock, and quality checks.
• Maintain showroom presentation and deliver excellent customer service.

Requirements

• 1 - 2 years of experience in beauty, salon, cosmetic, luxury retail, or customer-facing sales.
• Good sales and customer consultation skills.
• Basic knowledge of hairstyles and styling tools.
• Familiarity with MS Excel, billing, or inventory software.
• Well-groomed with excellent communication skills.
