We are hiring under Recruit Express headcount for Temps/Contract roles.

Job Description:

• Extract, validate, cleanse, and analyse sales, compensation, and financial data for regular reporting.
• Prepare and maintain sales performance, incentive, revenue, financing scheme, and compensation reports.
• Develop and enhance dashboards and management reports using Power BI, Excel, and other reporting tools.
• Analyse sales KPIs, production trends, distribution performance, and productivity to provide actionable business insights.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, expense monitoring, and compensation-related financial analysis.
• Perform data reconciliation and accuracy checks to ensure reliable reporting and payment processing.
• Work closely with Finance and business stakeholders on reporting requirements, compensation matters, and ad-hoc analysis.
• Improve and automate manual reporting processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and data quality.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of sales, compensation, and financial data used for reporting and analysis.
• Support compliance with internal governance requirements and relevant regulatory standards.
