Exchange Audit Management

The mission consist in :

• Act as the primary point of contact for external auditors from exchanges and market data vendors (e.g., NYSE, NASDAQ, London Stock Exchange Group)

• Coordinate and manage the full lifecycle of vendor audits, including planning, data collection, validation, and submission

• Interpret exchange audit requirements and ensure internal alignment with licensing agreements

• Gather, review, and validate user access, entitlements, and usage data across systems

• Ensure timely and accurate submission of audit responses and supporting documentation

• Liaise with internal stakeholders (IT, Front Office, Compliance, Legal) to resolve audit queries

• Identify discrepancies between reported and actual usage, and lead remediation efforts

• Negotiate or support discussions on audit findings, including potential penalties or true-ups

• Maintain audit trails and documentation for all third-party reviews

• Implement controls and processes to reduce future audit risks

Key Skills & Experience

• Strong understanding of exchange audit processes and reporting requirements

• Experience handling audits from major market data vendors and exchanges

• Ability to interpret complex licensing agreements and translate them into operational controls

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills under audit pressure

• High attention to detail and data accuracy
