What we’re building

Collective is the AI sourcing and recruiting agent for modern recruiters: AI-powered sourcing across 800M+ profiles, multi-posting job board distribution, multichannel messaging, ATS integrations, and more.

Our ambition: become the go-to alternative to LinkedIn Recruiter for recruitment professionals.

15,000+ recruiters already use Collective (IT services firms, recruiting agencies, talent platforms, staffing firms, and HR teams). ARR has been growing by more than 7% per week for over a year. We’re looking for Account Executives to help us accelerate even further 🥳

The role

You’ll join the Sales team to close deals generated by Marketing and our SDRs — qualified prospects, demos to run, and accounts to convert. You're covering the UK market.

Your responsibilities:

  • Run product demos

  • Negotiate and close deals

  • Keep your pipeline updated in the CRM

  • Work directly with the founders on improving the sales process and product

  • Contribute to expansion across European markets (France, UK, Benelux, Spain)

Conditions

  • Contract: Permanent (full-time, 5 days/week)

  • Location: UK or fully remote

  • Compensation: Base salary + performance-based variable (details shared during interviews)

  • Expérience confirmée en vente B2B SaaS
