AI & Data Account Manager / Partnerships Manager [H/F]

Our client is a fast-growing international company specializing in the production and management of data used to train artificial intelligence and robotics systems.

As part of its continued growth, the company is looking for an Account Manager / Partnerships Manager to manage and expand an international network of partners specialized in data collection, annotation, labeling, and quality assurance.

The role sits at the intersection of account management, partnerships, business development, and operations.

Your responsibilities

You will manage a portfolio of international partners specialized in data collection, data annotation, labeling, human-in-the-loop, and quality assurance.

Your objective will be to strengthen partner relationships, identify available production capacity, uncover new business opportunities, and ensure partners can be activated quickly when new needs arise.

On a day-to-day basis, you will:

• Build and maintain strong, regular relationships with each partner.

• Quickly identify available production capacity by country, language, or task type.

• Coordinate the launch and ramp-up of new data collection or annotation projects.

• Negotiate contracts, Statements of Work (SOWs), pricing, and commercial terms.

• Identify upsell opportunities and new business opportunities.

• Surface market signals and commercial opportunities quickly to the relevant internal stakeholders.

• Maintain accurate and rigorous CRM records.

• Coordinate multiple partners and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

You have 3-5 years of experience in Account Management, Partnerships or Sales within a data collection, data annotation or labeling company.
This industry experience is essential: you already understand how the ecosystem works, know its key players, and are familiar with partner networks, production capacity, data quality and delivery constraints.

You are highly relationship-driven and comfortable building strong connections over calls, WhatsApp and Slack.

You are commercially minded: you can identify opportunities, negotiate pricing and SOWs, drive upsells and turn partner relationships into revenue.

You have a strong understanding of this ecosystem and are familiar with the challenges related to contributor networks, production vendors, capacity, quality, and delivery timelines.

You are also:

• Highly comfortable on the phone and confident building relationships quickly.

• Persistent and disciplined when it comes to follow-ups.

• Autonomous, proactive, and results-oriented.

• Highly rigorous with CRM usage and account tracking.

• Able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

• Fluent or highly proficient in English, both written and spoken.

Regular use of GenAI tools and AI agents in your day-to-day work will be highly valued.
