Business Analyst - IAM & IT Transformation M/F

Job Description

As part of a Target Operating Model (TOM) update and the deployment of new applications, we are looking for a Functional Analyst able to bridge the gap between business and technical teams.

Your core role will be to map roles and personas to target transactions, taking into account existing internal controls and Segregation of Duties (SoD) requirements, while the technical build is handled by a dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analysis and mapping: map roles/personas to transactions in target applications, ensuring alignment with existing controls and segregation of duties rules

• Functional specifications: produce detailed functional specifications for internal and external teams in charge of building the roles-transactions and related controls/thresholds

• Cross-team facilitation: coordinate and streamline collaboration between the various teams involved in the transformation workstreams

• Testing participation: actively contribute to the validation and testing of the roles-transactions built by the build teams

We are looking for a proactive profile, able to take initiatives within their own scope of responsibilities and solution-oriented. Strong analytical thinking is expected, with 8 to 10 years of experience across both dimensions.

The candidate must have at least 3 years of experience in each of the following areas: CCaaS and contact center environments, Databricks and/or Dataiku tools, OKTA IGD (Identity Governance & Administration), and SAP and Salesforce in the utilities sector.

Trilingual proficiency is mandatory.
