Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Archer Platform Engineer/Administrator to manage, maintain, and support enterprise Archer environments. The role requires strong expertise in Archer Control Panel, platform upgrades, production troubleshooting, SQL Server, integrations, and platform performance .

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and support Archer environments across Production and non-Production.
• Manage Archer Control Panel , services, jobs, logging, authentication, integrations, and platform configurations.
• Monitor platform health, performance, availability, and capacity.
• Troubleshoot complex Archer issues across application, infrastructure, database, APIs, and integrations.
• Use SQL Server/SQL queries for troubleshooting, data analysis, validation, and root-cause analysis.
• Partner with DBAs on database performance, blocking, latency, long-running queries, and capacity issues.
• Plan and execute Archer upgrades, patches, hotfixes, deployments, and post-upgrade validation .
• Support DR/HA exercises , resiliency testing, and remediation activities.
• Troubleshoot data feeds, APIs, scheduled jobs, notifications, authentication, LDAP, and certificates.
• Perform RCA for recurring incidents and implement permanent solutions.
• Support vulnerability remediation, audits, compliance, change management, and production releases.
• Maintain technical documentation and collaborate with application, DBA, infrastructure, security, and business teams.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of hands-on RSA Archer administration/platform engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of Archer Control Panel and Archer architecture .
• Experience with Archer upgrades, patches, hotfixes, services, jobs, logs, data feeds, APIs, authentication, and performance troubleshooting.
• Good understanding of Archer applications, fields, records, users/groups, access controls, workflows, and data relationships.
• Strong Microsoft SQL Server and SQL skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot database performance issues, including blocking, deadlocks, indexes, execution plans, CPU/I/O, and long-running queries.
• Understanding of Archer database architecture and risks associated with direct database modifications.
• Experience supporting enterprise, multi-server/multi-environment Archer implementations.
