Moët Hennessy, the Wines & Spirits division of the LVMH group, boasts a prestigious portfolio of 30 Houses, including renowned brands like Dom Pérignon, Ruinart, Hennessy, and Glenmorangie.

Its global distribution is structured across three main regions : Americas, Europe/MEA, and Asia Pacific (APAC).

Moët Hennessy IS&T, the global IT entity, supports a wide range of processes from vineyard operations (Amont) to sales (B2B and B2C), encompassing Supply Chain and Finance, utilizing core Model solutions.

In this context, Moet hennessy wish to launch an enterprise architecture consultancy to support its IT Team for the Americas region.

The mission will focus on :

• Leading global consistency and rationalization of the local application landscape,

• Supporting regional IT projects, ensuring alignment with group-defined architectural practices,

• Guaranteeing the coherence of regional initiatives with Moët Hennessy's global IS strategy and

• Elaborating a mid to long term vision of the local IS ecosystem combining local and group solutions.

Objectifs et livrables

1. Vision and Rationalization : Defining and thoroughly documenting the information system (IS) vision specifically for the "Proximity scope," which includes local solutions, platforms, and partners. This also involves leading the rationalization process for this defined scope.

2. Project and Studies : Providing architectural guidance and instruction for local initiatives, ensuring strict adherence to Moët Hennessy's established architecture standards and principles. Designing target architecture for the regional purpose that combine central platforms and local solutions, with a specific focus on integration topics.

3. Governance : Identifying and tracking local initiatives and studies that require review by the Architecture Review Board (ARB), leading the ARB process for assigned initiatives, and preparing all necessary documentation for ARB Qualification and Validation sessions. For this purpose, will work closely with local project management stakeholders (PMO).

4. IS Referential Management : Being accountable to maintaining and ensure the quality of data within the Enterprise Architecture (EA) referential, specifically LeanIX. The architect will also leverage this IS Referential for in-depth analysis and documentation related to the ongoing transformation efforts.

5. Synergy and Collaboration : As a member of the Moet Hennessy Architecture Community ensuring communication and transparency between the regional team and Moet Hennessy architecture stakeholders, and contributing to the architecture framework improvement. As a member of the architecture governance body, the Architecture Board, contribute to the review and validation of the architecture design and recommandations. Also working closely with other regions' architects to leverage synergies and contribute to implement global optimum for local topics.
