About the Role

Exciting opportunities now exists for high energy, retail passionate, Assistant Concession Manager to work on a Part Time basis, approx 15-25 hrs per week (including weekdays, weekends and weeknights).

• Work within a leading David Jones - QueensPlaza.
• Ensure excellent customer service is provided by all staff members at all times.
• Provide staff training and guidance by developing strategies to motivate sales performance towards achieving sales targets.
• Collaborate with your Store Manager in achieving organisational and store goals.
• Uphold all visual merchandise prospects of the store, to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor the store’s inventory to maximise sales/profits.

Skills & Experience

• Experience and commitment to building our customer loyalty with an enthusiastic approach.
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to build rapport with both staff and clients.
• Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets and budgets.
• Proficiency in receiving & fulfilling stock requirements.
• Experience in the lingerie industry is valued but not essential as full training will be provided.
