Backend Java Senior orienté AWS + IA

Contrat : CDI ou freelance

Le client recherche un Senior Backend Java / Spring Boot 3, avec une vraie culture microservices AWS, une forte maturité production, un excellent niveau d’anglais, et un intérêt concret pour l’IA appliquée au développement.  

 Compétences techniques obligatoires

• Java 21 et versions antérieures

• Spring Boot 3

• Microservices

• AWS (EC2, API Gateway, etc.)

• Redis, MariaDB, RabbitMQ

• REST APIs (+ un peu de SOAP)

• Unit testing

• Monitoring / alerting (Splunk, AppDynamics…)

 Soft skills & culture attendue

• Anglais courant

• Capacité à travailler avec des équipes US / offshore

• Culture production

• Rigueur, autonomie, exigence

• Capacité à expliquer simplement

• À l’aise avec des environnements complexes

• Présence 1 jour/semaine à Chessy (77)

 Dimension IA (critique pour ce client)

Le client veut un développeur qui utilise réellement l’IA dans son travail, pas un discours marketing.

Donc le candidat doit montrer des exemples concrets :

• génération de tests

• automatisation de tâches dev

• refactoring assisté

• agents pour la documentation

• amélioration pipelines CI/CD

• POCs IA internes

Profile : Backend Java Senior

Senior Java / Spring Boot 3 on AWS, microservices mindset, strong English,

production-minded, collaborative — plus a clear AI angle in how they work.

Stack / environment

 Java — solid senior level, Java 21 (comfortable with 21 and “older” versions).

 Spring Boot 3

 Micro Services culture, in an AWS environment (EC2, API Gateway, …)

 Redis, MariaDB, RabbitMQ

 REST APIs, a bit of SOAP if needed

 Unit testing

 Monitoring / alerting — e.g. Splunk, AppDynamics (or similar), in the context

of micro services

Profile

 Strong English — US partners, offshore / mixed teams, so communication has

to be easy.

 Good team player: ships code, but also debugs prod, helps other teams, and

can explain things to non-tech people without drama

 Up to date with security and compliance standards, enforces their

implementation

 Rigorous, autonomous, demanding, eager to learn a rich range of domains

(Attractions, Shows, Flows, Ticketing, …)

 OK with complex processes

 Able to be on site at Citalys once a week at least (day TBD)

AI

Real interest in AI for engineering, not just buzzwords.

Already using tools like Cursor (or similar agentic dev oriented tools), with something

concrete to show for it.

We want someone who pushes to try new things and improve how we work (while

respecting company guidelines) — not waits to be told.
