Our client is a fast-growing startup disrupting the food supply chain for restaurant professionals in France. Built on a fully digital model, they operate a B2B e-commerce platform that allows restaurateurs to order all their products (fresh, dry, beverages, frozen) in just a few minutes, with next-day delivery guaranteed.

The company is in an accelerated growth phase and is looking to strengthen its team to support its expansion.

The Role

As part of the Belgian team, you will be at the heart of the launch and development of a new territory in Antwerp. Your mission: acquire new restaurant clients and directly contribute to the company's expansion in one of Belgium's key markets. You will play a central role in structuring the local presence and accelerating growth in the region.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage your sales pipeline across the Antwerp area

  • Prospect restaurant owners and managers through outbound field sales and phone outreach

  • Conduct in-person meetings and close new clients efficiently

  • Structure and grow the company's presence in the Antwerp market

  • Build strong relationships with local restaurant owners and operators

  • Meet and exceed your revenue targets

Requirements

  • 1 to 4 years of sales experience (BDR, AE, or field sales), ideally in a B2B or startup environment

  • At least one experience in cold calling or door-to-door sales, an internship counts

  • Fluent Dutch is mandatory, English is required, French is a plus

  • Master's degree preferred but not a dealbreaker

  • Strong hunter mindset, autonomous, organized, and performance-driven

  • Comfortable closing deals in short sales cycles
