Le Cercle des Langues (www.cercledeslangues.com) is an EdTech company created in 2019 by pedagogy enthusiasts and whose mission is simple: help people gain confidence in English. Our pedagogy is composed of 4 pillars: e-learning modules, individual lessons, group lessons and web-conferences. Our values are excellence, modernity, drive, open-mindedness, care and the pleasure of learning. We advocate fun learning methods.

We are looking to recruit freelance Business English teachers to teach our students and help us build the pedagogy of Cercle des Langues.

Profil recherché Profile We Are Looking For: We are looking for a dynamic teacher who is passionate about pedagogy.

Pedagogy:

• Level A2 or above in French
• Experience in teaching online, in particular adults and French speakers
• Experience in or interest in Business English
• Ease with new technologies or desire to learn
• TEFL or equivalent qualification is necessary

• Curiosity and thirst for learning and teaching every day
• Autonomy and willingness to constantly improve teaching methods
• Thoughtful, applied, structured
• Willingness to participate in a young and innovative project
• Dynamism, strength of proposal, ability to adapt in a rapidly changing environment

Déroulement des entretiens The recruitment process will be structured as follows:

• We send you a video presenting le Cercle des Langues and you send us a video of yourself in response to it, presenting yourself and explaining your motivation
• First interview with the Pedagogy team to understand in further detail your teaching experience and assess your grammar skills
• Second interview to test your pedagogical skills during a mock lesson
• Final interview with our Pedagogy Manager
