Job Description

QnQ Pharmacy is looking for a Call Centre Executive to handle customer calls, assist with pharmacy orders, and provide excellent customer support.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls.
• Assist customers with medicine orders and enquiries.
• Provide information about medicine availability, orders, and delivery.
• Coordinate with pharmacy and delivery teams.
• Follow up with customers regarding pending orders.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve queries professionally.

Requirements

• Any UG/PG degree.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Good communication skills in Tamil and English.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Good telephone etiquette and listening skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
