Position Details

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹85,000 per month , depending on experience and suitability.

Location: MG Road (Trinity Metro Station), Bengaluru

Type: Full-time | Permanent | In-person

Hours: 9am to 6:30pm | Monday weekly day off

Selection: In-person interview + practical trial

La Bake Amore™ is looking for a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie to join our professional baking and pâtisserie team.

This is an opportunity for a quality-driven chef who takes pride in technical excellence, consistency and kitchen discipline, and wants to contribute to developing aspiring professional bakers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage bakery and pâtisserie production, ensuring consistent quality and presentation.
• Supervise and mentor junior chefs and kitchen assistants.
• Execute recipes across cakes, pastries, breads and other bakery products.
• Assist with practical demonstrations and hands-on student training.
• Contribute to recipe standardisation, product development and R&D.
• Manage ingredient usage, inventory and production wastage.
• Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene and kitchen organisation.
• Coordinate with academic and operations teams for smooth daily functioning.

Requirements

• Professional qualification in Bakery, Pâtisserie or Culinary Arts.
• Approximately 3–5 years of relevant professional kitchen experience.
• Strong practical knowledge of bakery and pâtisserie techniques.
• Ability to lead a section and maintain consistent production standards.
• A disciplined, organised and quality-focused approach.
• Good communication skills and an interest in baking education.
