Compliance & Certification Specialist l Agritech

Today, these solutions are deployed in more than 20 countries across Europe, North America, and Oceania.

As part of this growth, they are looking for a Compliance & Certification Specialist to support the regulatory expansion of their products across multiple regions.

You will be responsible for ensuring that agricultural machinery complies with international standards and regulatory requirements, while coordinating certification processes across different countries.

Key Responsibilities

Regulatory Compliance

• Monitor and interpret applicable regulations, directives, and standards for agricultural machinery (e.g., Machinery Directive / Regulation, CE marking, ISO-16119, ISO-16122, EN, UL, ANATEL, NR-12, FCC, JKI, etc.)

• Ensure products comply with regional and international requirements for safety, environmental impact, and performance

• Assess regulatory impact of new designs, design changes, and product updates

Certification & Approvals

• Plan, coordinate, and manage product certifications and approvals with notified bodies, testing labs, and regulatory authorities

• Prepare and submit certification applications, technical files, and declarations of conformity

• Maintain certification status for existing products and manage renewals or updates

Technical Documentation

• Ensure the preparation, review, and maintenance of compliance-related documentation, including risk assessments, conformity assessments, test reports, manuals, and compliance matrices

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with product development teams to embed compliance requirements early in the design process

• Identify compliance risks and recommend corrective and preventive actions

• Stay up to date with regulatory changes and proactively communicate impacts to the organization

Qualifications & Experience

• 5–7 years of experience in compliance, certification, or regulatory affairs for industrial or agricultural machinery

• Hands-on experience with product certification processes and interaction with notified bodies or testing laboratories

• Familiarity with machinery safety standards, risk assessment methodologies, and conformity assessment procedures

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks for agricultural or industrial machinery

• Ability to interpret technical standards and translate them into practical design and process requirements

• Excellent documentation, organizational, and project management skills

• Strong communication skills and ability to work across technical and non-technical teams

• Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset

• Fluency in English; French or German is a plus
