COURSIER STANDARD

Description de la fonction :

En tant que coursier, vous fournissez directement aux clients des services de collecte et de livraison au quotidien, comprenant la conduite d’un véhicule léger et de la manipulation de colis.

Vous intervenez sur le secteur géographique défini.

Vous représentez FedEx auprès de nos clients et vous êtes garant de la satisfaction client.

Vous vous assurez que les colis de nos clients soient livrés en temps et en heure au bon endroit.

Vous exécutez toutes les tâches ou formalités administratives associées.

Vous collaborez étroitement avec l’équipe pour garantir le déroulement optimal des processus opérationnels.

Responsabilités spécifiques à la fonction :

• Enlèvement et livraison de colis de manière courtoise et efficace
• Support aux clients
• Collaborer avec les prestataires
• Planifier et organiser son propre travail sur une base horaire/quotidienne
• Suivre des procédures et processus prédéfinis

Profil du candidat souhaité :

• 1 à 3 ans d’expérience dans un poste similaire
• Dynamique et enthousiaste
• Aisance relationnelle
• Compétences de planification et d’organisation
• Capacité de résolution des problèmes
• Compétences pour le travail en équipe
• Connaissance basique du bassin concerné

Contrat : CDI

Temps de travail : 37H/semaine + 12 Jours de RTT
