PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS

• Coordonner les opérations quotidiennes de répartition et les horaires des chauffeurs.
• Préparer et assurer le suivi des documents douaniers pour les transports entre le Canada et les États-Unis.
• Communiquer avec les chauffeurs, les clients et les courtiers en douane.
• Effectuer le suivi des cueillettes et des livraisons.
• Résoudre les problèmes liés au transport et aux formalités douanières.
• Maintenir les dossiers de transport à jour.

EXIGENCES

• Bilinguisme obligatoire : excellente maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, à l'oral et à l'écrit.
• Expérience en transport, en répartition ou en procédures douanières.
• Connaissance du transport transfrontalier Canada–États-Unis.
• Excellent sens de l'organisation et de la communication.
• Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément.
• Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques.

Mavrick Transit Inc. is looking for a motivated, organized, and reliable individual to join our growing transportation company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate daily dispatch operations and driver schedules.
• Prepare and manage customs documentation for Canada–U.S. shipments.
• Communicate with drivers, customers, and customs brokers.
• Monitor shipments, pickups, and deliveries.
• Resolve transportation and customs-related issues.
• Maintain accurate transportation records and documentation.

✅ REQUIREMENTS

• Bilingualism is mandatory – Must speak and write both English and French fluently.
• Experience in transportation, dispatching, or customs procedures.
• Knowledge of Canada–U.S. cross-border transportation.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Good computer skills.
