DATA QUALITY ANALYST - PROJECT MANAGER

Objectives:

To answer multiple regulatory requirements, the Bank needs to provide data information with a high level of quality and ensure that its data quality is properly controlled, monitored and managed.

BNPP F&S S&C SIO team must be reinforced to:

• Continue the follow-up of data quality indicators and the sourcing for regulatory productions (IFRS 9, Stress Test, ICAAP)

• Assess the controls processes then to implement action plans to ensure that the identified data have a dedicated control framework

• Manage and monitor the remediation actions in critical data used for reporting.

BNPP F&S S&C SIO assists and provides analyses to MS4U – STFS department, and the mission integrate 2 main tasks:

• PMO activities

• Data quality analyses

• Data remediation action on data defined as critical regarding BCBS239 principles

The main objectives are the following:

- Manage and monitor DQA on critical data used for the MS4U’s reporting and IFRS9 process

- Analyse Key Performance Indicator

- Define with the central and local team the remediation action plans and the roadmap

- Assess the control framework on data used for MS4U reporting and propose new controls or evolution

- Monitor the aftercare for the Bau implementation on the projects under S&C SIO responsibilities

The final products are composed of various documents (OPCO presentation, functional specification, technical analyses) allowing the internal teams to adequately monitor the data quality of the granular reporting at BNPP Group Level.

This task includes (not exhaustive) the following:

- Framing the project; identify the project’s approach, milestones, governance and deliverables

- Organizing workshops with identified stakeholders

- Organizing the project committees (SteerCo and OpCo)

- Writing and sending minutes of the meetings

- Producing and analyzing KPI on critical data identified by MS4U for their reporting

- Compare and analyse DQA on data used for the MS4U reporting and IFRS9 process

- Determining with assistance of Central and local team the anomalies root causes and pilot the remediation actions

- Defining news controls to be implemented on MS4U critical data
