You’re stepping into a high-growth international tech platform, where IT & Cybersecurity must scale fast to support business growth, product velocity and global operations. The company is at a turning point:

The mission: bring structure, raise the bar, and make IT & Security truly scalable.

You’ll take ownership of a ~25 people organization, covering: IT Ops & Support, SecOps, GRC & IT Engineering

Responsibilities

• Lead a ~25 people organization (IT Ops, SecOps, GRC, Support)

• Structure teams and drive overall maturity

• Own and scale internal IT operations (IAM, SaaS, support, onboarding/offboarding)

• Improve end-user experience and drive automation

• Strengthen SecOps capabilities with a hands-on approach (detection, incident response, continuous improvement)

• Oversee SOC / security operations

• Manage risk and compliance (ISO 27001, GDPR…)

• Partner with CTO / leadership and contribute to strategic decisions

• Senior leadership experience (multi-team, managers)

• Strong balance between IT Ops and Security (SecOps)

• Experience in tech / SaaS / platform environments

• Ability to operate both strategically and operationally

• Comfortable interacting with CTO / leadership

• Fluent English

Nice to have

• Cloud security (GCP ideally)

• Kubernetes / Terraform exposure

• Experience in marketplace / e-commerce

• Strong regulatory awareness (NIS2, DORA…)
