Enterprise Architect H/F

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect expert for a long-term consulting assignment to establish and lead the Enterprise Architecture (EA) function.

In this strategic role, you will report directly to the CIO and play a key part in shaping the target IT landscape. You will ensure coherence, interoperability, and compliance across faculties and administrative services.

This assignment is part of a major digital transformation programme within a dynamic and forward-thinking organization, with strong ambitions in Artificial Intelligence and emerging technologies.

-Duration: Long-term assignment, minimum until 31.12.2027

-Perspective: Potential opportunity for internalisation into a permanent position at the end of the assignment

Key responsibilities

- Design the target application architecture, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives

- Develop and maintain the capability map, linking business capabilities to applications to support business needs and simplify processes

- Establish and enforce enterprise architecture standards, principles, and best practices

- Drive modernization and digital transformation initiatives, including AI adoption and emerging technologies

- Ensure compliance with regulatory and governance requirements (GDPR, NIS2, data classification, business continuity)

- Lead the Architecture Review Board: conduct architecture reviews, arbitrate make-or-buy decisions, and ensure alignment with roadmaps

- Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to ensure consistency and integration of solutions

- Maintain the application portfolio and enterprise architecture repositories (e.g. ARIS, ServiceNow)

Your profile

- Master’s degree (Bac 5) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field

- 7–10 years of experience in enterprise/solution architecture, integration, or software design

- At least 3 years of experience in an Architect role

- Proven experience in leading cross-functional initiatives

- Fluency in French and English is mandatory

- Strong experience in enterprise architecture modelling and tools such as ARIS

- Knowledge of EA frameworks (e.g. TOGAF) is an asset

- Way of working: hands-on, ownership and accountability, adaptable to change, results oriented

- Collaboration : proven ability to align diverse stakeholders and drive cross-team outcomes
