Enterprise Solutions Developer (Dynamics 365 & Integration)

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Application Development

·         Design, develop, test and maintain internal business applications and enterprise systems.

·         Build internal management platforms, workflow tools and business applications.

·         Understand and improve existing codebases, system architecture and performance.

·         Translate business requirements into practical technical solutions and drive implementation.

Dynamics 365 & Enterprise Systems

·         Develop and enhance Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) and/or Dynamics 365 CRM / Customer Engagement solutions.

·         Develop APIs, web services and system integration interfaces.

·         Build data synchronisation, reconciliation and integration processes between enterprise systems.

·         Support large-scale data migration, cleansing and validation across ERP, CRM and third-party platforms.

System Integration & Digital Transformation

·         Design integrations between internal and external systems.

·         Develop automation solutions to improve business workflows.

·         Support the implementation of digital transformation initiatives across the Group.

AI & Intelligent Applications

·         Maintain enterprise applications using LLMs and AI services, with a focus on practical accuracy and usability.

·         Maintain document-processing solutions to extract structured data from contracts, licensing documents and scanned files using OCR / Document Intelligence.

·         Maintain enterprise knowledge bases, intelligent search, AI agents and automated workflows.

·         Maintain evaluation datasets and validation mechanisms to improve AI accuracy and reliability.

Requirements

·         Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Information & Technology Management (ITM), Electronic / Information Engineering, or a related discipline.

·         Candidates with a different academic background but a relevant postgraduate qualification and strong hands-on technical experience may also be considered.

·         Around 3 years or more of relevant enterprise application development experience preferred. Candidates with strong GitHub projects, open-source contributions or proven end-to-end project experience may be considered with less experience.

·         Hands-on experience with C# / .NET Framework / .NET Core and web application development.

·         Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and/or Dynamics 365 CRM / Customer Engagement development and customisation.

·         Good understanding of REST APIs, Web Services and system integration.

·         Experience with SQL Server development and database design.

·         Experience with Azure services and enterprise cloud applications.

·         Able to independently understand unfamiliar codebases, debug issues and review AI-generated code for correctness.

·         Good problem-solving skills and the ability to turn business requirements into working solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

·         Dynamics 365 F&O X++ development experience.

·         Dynamics 365 CRM Plugin, Workflow and Power Platform development experience.

·         ERP implementation, migration or upgrade experience.

·         Experience with Python, Azure OpenAI, AI Agents, Document Intelligence or OCR.

·         Experience with SharePoint, Dataverse or Power BI.

·         System architecture or Solution Design experience.

·         GitHub, personal projects or other technical portfolio demonstrating hands-on development capability.
