Responsibilities:

• Oversee accounting operations across the Group.
• Prepare and consolidate financial statements and management accounts.
• Manage intercompany transactions and reconciliations.
• Analyse financial performance.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow monitoring.
• Maintain financial controls, coordinate audits, and ensure tax and statutory compliance.
• Prepare analysis for management and the Board, mentor junior staff, and support ERP improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field; ICAN/ACCA/ACA or equivalent.
• 5–8 years' progressive experience, preferably in a group, consulting, technology, or multi-entity environment.
• Strong financial reporting, consolidation, and intercompany accounting experience.
• Sound knowledge of IFRS and Nigerian tax requirements, ERP, and advanced Excel proficiency.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Attention to detail, ability to meet tight deadlines, and strong communication skills.
