Le besoin
-Prepared invoices, payment vouchers, and pre-voucher claims for accurate and timely payment processing.
-Prepared financing facility documentation.
-Maintain proper filing of invoices, receipts, payment vouchers and supporting documents.
-Handle daily accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records in SQL Accounting.
-Coordinate bank guarantee (BG), tender bond and insurance bond applications.
-Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable and supplier payment schedules.
