Business Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to monitor contractual performance, analyze productivity and incentive programs, and provide actionable insights to support operational and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and report daily/weekly performance against contractual KPIs and thresholds.
• Identify at-risk metrics, provide timely alerts, and validate applicable penalties.
• Analyze performance, productivity, labor efficiency, and budget metrics to identify trends and root causes.
• Support incentive, bonus, and pay-for-performance programs, including calculations, audits, and validation.
• Partner with operations, payroll, and site leadership to resolve performance gaps and improve results.
• Develop reporting tools and documentation to track contractual obligations and performance.
• Prepare clear analysis, reports, and recommendations for leadership.
• Perform additional analysis and reporting as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• 2+ years of relevant experience; strong recent graduates may be considered.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data sorting, analysis, and reporting.
• Ability to translate contract requirements into practical tracking tools and processes.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and build effective relationships across all levels of the organization.
• Ability to learn and utilize warehouse/operations management systems to extract and analyze data.

Onsite Daily (Travel to Sacramento, CA 1 week a quarter)
