Financial Controller (Mining & Industrial Operations)

A growing mining and industrial operations company is seeking an experienced Financial Controller / Finance Manager to oversee financial operations at a major site in Northern New York.

This is a hands-on leadership position within a complex operational environment, responsible for financial reporting, FP&A, cost accounting, and internal controls.

You will collaborate closely with site leadership and corporate finance teams to ensure strong financial governance, transparency, and operational insight, while supporting the continued expansion of mining and resource development activities.

This role is well suited to a finance leader with strong operational experience who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys improving financial processes and systems, and contributes to long-term business growth.

Nous recherchons un Financial Controller / Finance Manager expérimenté (5+ ans) avec une solide expérience en FP&A, financial reporting et cost accounting, idéalement dans des environnements industriels, miniers ou manufacturiers.

Le candidat idéal possède :

• Maîtrise des processus de clôture comptable, budget et forecast

• Bonne connaissance des ERP (QuickBooks et autres systèmes)

• Expérience en IFRS et contrôles internes (SOX)

• Solides compétences analytiques et capacité à travailler avec des équipes opérationnelles
