The recruiting company Our client is a European start-up supporting police and military forces with advanced technologies designed to meet the challenges of the 21st century.

Key points of the position Reporting directly to the founders, you will act as their right hand, ensuring focus, efficiency, and execution across all strategic and operational topics.

As a Founders Associate, your missions will include:

• Managing founders' calendars, scheduling, and prioritization of time and attention
• Preparing, structuring, and following up on meetings, ensuring decisions are executed
• Translating discussions into actionable tasks and tracking progress, deadlines, and responsibilities
• Preparing key materials such as presentations, briefings, and decision documents
• Handling sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion
• Structuring and maintaining internal documentation and decision-making processes
• Organizing and coordinating external meetings, VIP visits, and key events, ensuring a professional company presence
• Supporting office operations and acting as an interface between internal teams and external partners
• Stepping in on operational matters when it directly increases founders' efficiency

Necessary skills

• You have experience in a highly demanding, fast-paced environment (consulting, start-up, operations, or similar)
• You are highly structured, proactive, and solution-oriented
• You think in systems and outcomes rather than tasks, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
• You demonstrate absolute discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive topics
• You are hands-on, adaptable, and able to operate under constantly shifting priorities
• You have strong communication skills, with clarity and precision in both written and spoken form
• Fluent German and English are imperative
• You are eligible for German security clearance (SÜ2/Ü2)
